The site was down the first couple of times I tried and I called to verify that in April. Eventually I got on and received an email verification of my claim. A month later, got an email saying they needed more info and they gave me a pin that didn't work and was logged out. More calls, finally an answer: they didn't have my claim and started a new one: put me on hold 1.5 hours and never finished. I call several more times, a woman named Brook says many pins don't work, a supervisor will call me. Never happened. I emailed them: no response. Then I get Georgie at who gives me a good pin. She said my claim, was started by the man who put me on hold and didn't finish it. ( no idea what happened to the original.) She said after I wait for my login (which takes an hour as I've done it 4 times) I have to call to get my unemployment dates manually rest.
When I login and get my complaint and fill it in, I call and no one answers. I wait on automation, upto 1.5 hours, have to keep my phone and laptop on chargers, and then get the disconnect. Then when login again, it did not save my info and I re-enter call again and get nowhere.
I wrote to them on the site and got an Error message to contact the administrator. They are the worst.
