My interaction with the organization Stedenband Tilburg-Matagalpa was overall satisfactory. They provided me with the necessary information and assistance, although I needed to follow up on a few occasions. The exchange program was a good experience, allowing me to immerse myself in the culture of Matagalpa. However, improvements could be made in terms of communication and responsiveness.
