A very negative experience with my totaled 350 F s...

A very negative experience with my totaled 350 F sport (2017) turned into a wonderful experience thanks to Sherif Labib and Naphtali Williams of Hendricks Lexus Northlake. I called Lexus Northlake in Charlotte to ask about warranty information. A few minutes after my call I received a call from Sherif, he explained everything and asked if there was anything else he could do to help, I m sure I sounded very stressed. I explained that I wasn t driving my incredible car and was out of town when the accident occurred, his voice was very reassuring. I didn t know how much I was going to receive for the car at the time of the call. I made an appointment with him, met with him, looked at 3 F sport models, he had brought in my exact same vehicle and I chose to purchase Joy2 .

Insurance company needed some paperwork Fedxed to be able to release my payment. I had moved my printer befor I went out of town on December 15th 2018. Could not get it synced with the WiFi, so could not print the paperwork. Sherif offered to print and have it sent for me. Stress relief again, he is a notary as well, steam lined the process once again.

Sherif then began the sale process, treated me like a queen, made everything stress free and offered to let me take the car home overnight. I had a rental from Enterprise, needed to get my title and license plate so I declined taking Joy2 home. He said when I came back next morning that he would have the rental returned for me, again my day started stress free with my new automobile.

Sherif not only does sales by the financial process as well. Great stream lining function. Final price is within my budget! Warranties back in place. All is great!

Next process was working with the Delivery Specialist Naphtail Williams, most patient/knowledgeable young man. He trained/worked with me when I purchased my first 350 F sport. At 66.5 all of this technology can be a bit overwhelming to say the least. I request Nap for Joy2. He is wonderful, we set up all the technology much like before. Lexus had added HUD functionality since my first 350 so that had to be tweak a bit, done. I needed my garage door synced with the new car, Nap offered to follow me home to do, he did it in less than a minute, he is so tall he didn t even need a ladder...lol. He made sure that that the hatch door was set properly as well.
I know I will need a bit more training on some items that are different that will require tweaking. Nap will be there for me.

I can not be more grateful for my Lexus Northlake team. The dealership management should be very proud of their employees Sherif and Nap.

My daughter in Kansas, where I was when the accident happened and who has been supporting me through the last several weeks was so impressed that she called Sherif to thank him.

You guys are the bomb!
