Im puzzled on a lot of thing about North West Enforcement there is a lot I don't know but what I have seen I truly love this company.

Granted I only have worked one job right out of high school which was at Columbia Security. I loved the job from day one and was excited. Over time I progressed with Columbia Security. It was a lot Smaller than NW Enforcement. While expanding/Merging the two companies I saw a lot of issues that need to be adjusted. Which My self and I can speak for most of the officers as a team we explained our concerns.

After we did voice our concerns we felt like you truly did care about us as a team even though we haven't had much interactions you showed us by your actions because of all NW Enforcement management and officers was extremely help full durning the transition over.

I will use an example when we had an officer that was unhappy about going from an 8 hour shift to a 12 hour shift he was not please. You guys went above and beyond and bent over backwards just to help out that officer. There was one point where at the time one of your captains drove from Portland to the officer that was at least 1.5 hours one way after he just did a 12 hour shift and drove back to Portland and then came back up to the officer to fix the problem. I have never been so impressed in my life of how much a company truly cares. So thank you so much and thank you for have us part of the team!
