Shortly after purchasing my new diamond ring from a different store, I damage it. I brought it to Leo Hamel to be repaired, Lonnie was so thorough in his explanation of the repair process. The ring had some extra repairs done to make it more secure, it s beautiful and more perfect than when I bought it. Ashley answered even more questions for me when I called her and when I talked to her in person. The whole team, including Jen in repairs, were exceptional. This ring has so much emotional value for me and i am so thankful to everyone who took care of it.
