I've been practicing yoga at Yoga Sanctuary-Hot Yoga for a few months now and I can't recommend it enough. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and attentive to students' needs. The studio itself is clean and well-maintained, and the hot yoga classes are challenging yet rewarding. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming, making it a great place for yogis of all levels. Highly recommended!
