I have been using Ppm 2000's software for managing my business operations, and I find it to be quite average. While it gets the job done, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of user interface and functionality. The customer support team has been helpful whenever I needed assistance, but I would appreciate more prompt responses. Overall, it's an okay software but not outstanding.
