Case workers do NOT respond to the kids. Sick kids...

Case workers do NOT respond to the kids. Sick kids don't get the proper medical care. My student is 18 however she is in independent living. Its as if these kids are totally on their own! Case workers should at least answer when they are contacted. My student was told she had to make an appointment to see her case worker and the case worker doesn't respond to make the appointment.
