Symnetics provides an average level of service. They have a decent website and the overall experience was satisfactory. However, I felt that their communication could be improved. The response time was slower than I expected and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. The pricing was fair, but could be more competitive. Overall, an average experience.
