My husband and I decided to spend the weekend in Savannah to celebrate our first anniversary. Upon entering our reserved room, I realized there had been an error in booking. While I thought our double (which was the only available room when we booked) would have 2 queen sized beds, it actually ended up having 2 smaller full sized beds. When I called the front desk to ask about this, I was informed that all they offered were a single king size bed or the double full sized, and the king rooms were all booked for the night. Upset that I had ruined our anniversary, I went down to the front desk in person to ask if there was any way we could be switched to a king sized room that appeared available for the night on a booking website. Clarissa was very sweet, even wishing us a happy anniversary, and was able to switch our rooms. She was so helpful and understanding of the situation, and absolutely saved our anniversary trip. Highly recommend, and appreciate the kind staff!
