Was very disappointed with the way my hair came out, as was my fiance. I wanted to have natural red hair and i got dark brown/red. My fiance wanted half red half black, and only got a strip of red. We contacted them and they agreed to give us some money back so we can fix it ourselves. We all came to an understanding at the end and are mostly satisfied with how it got resolved. I guess there was just a lot of misscommunication between all of us regarding their hair redo policy.
