I recently completed a course at a well-known institution specializing in dairy science and food technology. The education I received was excellent, and the professors were highly competent. The practical sessions were valuable, and the curriculum was well-structured. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of industry exposure. Overall, it was a great learning experience.
