I recently booked a cruise through Annie's cruises and travel and it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but the overall service was just okay. The website was easy to navigate, but I found that some of the information provided was not accurate. The cruise itself was enjoyable, but there were a few hiccups along the way. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
