Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We had purchased 3 All in one computers from them less than a year ago. We have had to have them serviced several times in that period and each time they return it with a damaged screen. Trying to run a business without decent equipment is beyond frustrating, but having to resend equipment due to poor shipping on their part is ridiculous. Already replaced one with an HP.
