I have been a customer of Palmer Drug Abuse Program-Midland, Texas, INC for several years now and I have to say, their services are average. While they provide the necessary support and guidance, I feel that there is room for improvement. The staff is friendly and understanding, but sometimes it feels like they are not fully invested in helping us. Overall, I would recommend their services, but with the hope that they continue to strive for excellence and provide even better support to their customers.
