I had a mixed experience with Cis commercial insurance services. The overall service was satisfactory but there were a few issues that took longer to resolve. The customer support team was helpful and patient in dealing with my concerns. However, the claim process was a bit complicated and could have been smoother. Overall, I would rate them as average.
