I would rate Ite @ umsl as average. Although their website is user-friendly, their customer service is lacking. I encountered some issues when trying to contact them and it took quite some time to get a response. However, once I did get a response, they were able to resolve my issue in a satisfactory manner. Overall, I feel like there is room for improvement in terms of their communication with customers.
