Metropolitan Family Practice, P.A. is an average company. I have been a customer for a few years now and overall, the service has been satisfactory. The doctors are knowledgeable and professional. However, there have been instances where I felt like my appointments were rushed and not enough time was given to address all of my concerns. The waiting times can sometimes be a bit long as well. I hope the company can work on improving these areas to provide a better experience for their customers.
