The leasing management team is unprofessional. The whole team should be replaced. There's a major lack of communication with them starting at the top. There's no reason tenants should be communicating with Darrin (manager) and Jessica (assistant manager) and them not passing the information down or updating your file, then I have to share the same information 4 or 5 times again with 2or 3 other people.
Upon move in, we didn't get our tenant link to the website for weeks because the management team failed to do their jobs. With us not having the link we had turned in maintenance requests by email and was scolded by David Turner because we didn't turn in the request properly. It wasn't until Wayne was called in by us, they the team somewhat got it together. The property has major plumbing problems and one maintenance guy told us they had worked on it before we moved in. We had to call a plumber out and we had to pay for it although he pulled paint chips out from the landlord painting the tub and long Caucasian hair, but they made the tenantpay for their wrongdoing. Everytime the washer ran, water backed up in the kitchen sink and it was disgusting to endure for a year; however, we knew they would screw us for the cost to fix their plumbing problems so didn't turn in maintenance. We caught the landlord multiple times riding by taking pictures of us and century 21 said nothing to him to stop. We think because he felt like minorities was destroying his house, but he ate crow and thanked us for being so clean and gave all deposit money back. The whole organization is a joke for such a large company.
