I recently joined an Aikido school in San Francisco, and I have to say I am really impressed. The instructors are highly knowledgeable and create a positive learning environment. The techniques taught are practical and effective. The classes are challenging but also fun. I have noticed a significant improvement in my Aikido skills since joining. I highly recommend this school to anyone looking to learn self-defense and improve their overall fitness.
