I had an average experience with Topjaya sarana utama. Their website topjaya.co.id was decent, but the overall buying process was just okay. The quality of the products I purchased was satisfactory, but I expected a bit more. Customer service was average, nothing exceptional. Would consider exploring other options in the future.
