I have been a customer of Richards Group, ps for several years now and I can say that their services are average. They provide the basic accounting services that I need for my small business. However, I find their customer service to be lacking at times. It takes them a while to respond to my inquiries and sometimes their answers are not very helpful. Overall, I would say that they are an okay option if you are looking for a reliable but not outstanding accounting firm.
