One of the most frustrating positions to be in is to love working with the residents, but the drama in the company is so severe it runs you off.
Training isn't real life training, and is a reflection of what we company believes the public wants to see. Trying to follow through with training gets you labeled. Once labeled it's impossible to move beyond that. However, the residents should be priority. If everyone focused on them it'd be better. Some staff are amazing!! While others are so catty it's impossible to ignore -management included.
There is a reason they are always so short staffed. I asked why the high turnover, wasn't given acceptable answer. 75% of staff will help each other out no matter what though, but the others are very lazy.
