I recently had the opportunity to work with Obt plastic&electronics (shenzhen) ltd. and I must say that the experience was average. The quality of their products was satisfactory, but I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them quite a long time to respond to my inquiries and there were a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, not a terrible experience, but definitely room for improvement.
