I had a mixed experience with OPTIC LIFE. While their website was easy to navigate and their range of products was impressive, their customer service was lacking. I had some issues with an order and it took several attempts to get them resolved. However, once I finally got through to a representative, they were helpful and resolved the issue promptly. Overall, I would say my experience with OPTIC LIFE was average.
