10 out of 10 recommendation if you need a cheap non-responsive management starter Apartment. I ve had the worst experience since the day I signed my lease. The apartment had roaches and the property manager instead of coming to have someone fix the problem blamed it on me and me possibly brining roaches over to my apartment. There is no one to help you if you re locked out of your apartment I had to break into my apartment using a debit card(Just goes to show how easy it is for someone to get into your apartment). 0 to 10 recommendation if you value your time as a tenant as well as your money. As well as being respected as a tenant. There no one ever in the office to help if you need assistance. It s pretty my all on your own. I will give them the benefit of the doubt most of the apartment complexes are price efficient however you pretty much get what you pay for. Hey Low end Apartment with mannnnny flaws.
