The Receptionist staff do not know what they are doing! A big miss communication regarding my details for appointment between this hospital and Northwick Park Hospital. As a patient I got unprofessional service from Northwick Park during my appointment. It was very rushed! Compared to my GP who actually spent time examining me properly! I was even rushed to get changed! Felt very distressed. Being told from Central Middlesex to have a scan, only to be told from Northwick that the scan was never meant for you. Im left very confused, tired and no piece of mind. Very disappointed with the whole appointment which felt more like nothing to me. Both Hospitals need to sort out there communication skills!
