I recently worked with Service Properties Trust and I have to say their service was average. The website was easy to navigate and the information about their properties was helpful. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, my experience with Service Properties Trust was just okay.
