LIFE Oita is an okay company. I have been a customer for a few years now and overall, their services are satisfactory. They have a decent range of products and the prices are reasonable. However, the customer service could be improved. There have been a few instances where I encountered rude employees who were not very helpful. Additionally, the store layout can be confusing at times. Overall, I would recommend LIFE Oita if you're looking for an average shopping experience.
