I had a mixed experience with Kembrel. On one hand, the website is easy to use and the ordering process was smooth. However, the delivery took longer than expected, which was quite frustrating. The customer service team was responsive and helped resolve the issue, but it was still an inconvenience. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
