If I could give negative stars I would. I paid over 500 dollars for an elite birthday package that included early entry. We get let in to the first gate at 915 only to end up in another line at guest services for about 30 minutes with nobody operating the express birthday checkout. We finally get our wristbands from a supervisor who we had to ask for and don t get to our reserved shaka shack until after 10 o clock when they start letting regular entry into the park. Low and behold our shaka shack is swarming with hornets. It takes another 30-45 minutes to get someone to help us with that and they end up downgrading our shack to three tiny bungalows. For 10 people..... upon asking for a refund we are told they cannot refund us. The supervisor Preston offered to book us another elite birthday package free of charge and the. Proceeded to disappear for the day never to be found again. Will never be giving these baffoons our money again. Will also be attempting to contact their corporate office to try and get some kind of decent resolution. F Water World. Used to love this place too. Such a shame.
