We found our initial contact with Stratus International was excellent they communicated with us regularly to help in our search for a property in Spain . We requested to view a few properties in various locations and suggested a few properties which we had viewed on line .
We then met with Sarah and spent a full day with her she was very friendly and professional and we hit it off straight away , she gave us lots of information about the various areas as we visited them which was excellent .
As the day progressed we realised that our needs had changed slightly and decide we didn t like some of the areas so Sarah immediately contacted the office and they searched for more appropriate properties which we then visited .
The final house Sarah showed us was perfect and we knew straight away it was for us and it ticked so many boxes for us .Sarah made the whole day go so well she spoke excellent English and translated with the owners which made it so much easier to ask questions . We put in an offer and a Sarah has supported us fully through the whole process ,even now after we ve moved in she is still offering support with services and trades . We cannot praise her highly enough she is excellent at her job and clearly loves what she does ,her personality and good humour is refreshing .
We would highly recommend them .
