My experience with Dr Joseph Sachs & Associates was satisfactory. The staff was helpful and the dentist was knowledgeable. However, I had to wait longer than expected for my appointment. The clinic could improve their scheduling system to minimize wait times. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
