I recently used the services of a property company for some renovations in my home. I came across Thomas West Property Services Ltd, and decided to give them a try. While I can't say they were outstanding, they did an average job overall. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. The team was punctual and completed the work within the agreed timeframe. However, I felt that the quality of their workmanship could have been better. There were a few minor issues that needed fixing afterwards. The customer service was decent, although I found it a bit lacking in terms of responsiveness. Overall, I would rate them as average.
