Services not according to standards
I checked in before the person after me, but the person after me who was given the room key first. I waited 5 minutes, no one gave me information. I was angry and the receptionist claimed the room was not ready. Shouldn't it be first in first serve? Moreover, the internet is disconnected every minute. I ask to be fixed still disconnect every minute. Not recommended.
