Our 5 year old LG Fridge's compressor just stopped...

Our 5 year old LG Fridge's compressor just stopped working out of the blue. Fridges work for 10 to 14 years. I called the help centre they told me a technician will come in TWO DAYS. I have a baby at home whose milk is getting spoiled. If this was a TV repair 2 days i can live with it but for Refrigerator it's a no no from me. I told the call centre my situation. Now only God knows when the technician will come and how much food will go to waste. Bad service.
