Last week got the CarpetBag steak, was sposed to be med rare, but came over medium...nice enough but bit annoyed.
Tonight I had combination seafood main, sweetlip pan fried, prawns , calamari and vege.
Faultless !!!
Prawns and calamari cooked just under, translucent centres , just perfect, delicious.
Sweetlip portion was great size and cooked perfectly.
Nice sauce, and vege selection lovely.
Nice second trip, after carpet bag debacle.
Top effort by waitress and chef.
Will come again for sure.
(Tried companions fillet mignon, delicious too.Proper rare side of medium rare.)
