🏢 Overall, I found the training and consultancy services provided by this company to be quite average. 🤔 The website was easy to navigate and had a decent range of available courses, but it lacked a bit of that "wow" factor. 😐 The trainers were knowledgeable, but their delivery could have been more engaging. 💤 Additionally, the customer service response time was not as prompt as I had expected, which left me feeling slightly frustrated. 😕 On the positive side, the pricing was reasonable and the company did deliver on what they promised. 🎯 However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of the overall experience they provide. ✨
