I had an average experience with Flex tech, llc. The website, flextechnow.com, is easy to navigate and has a clean design. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the answers were not very helpful. I think there is room for improvement in that area. Overall, I would rate them as average.
