I ordered some eco smart products back on 2-9-16 a...

I ordered some eco smart products back on 2-9-16 and paid for them. However they never came. I contacted the company and was always told someone would call back with the info, this too never happened. Finally after several more time of myself calling I found out UPS said they lost the package. I was told the order would be reshipped last week, but as of yet no product. I have called 3 times this week each time being told someone would call me back with where my package was. This too never happened. I am going to the bank tomorrow and get my funds returned. I could not recommend this company to anyone they have been very unprofessional and never call back like they say.
