I recently used the services of this talent management company, and I found the experience to be average. The website itself is well-designed and easy to navigate, which made it simple to find information about their services and roster of talent. However, I did encounter some difficulty in getting a timely response from their team when I had inquiries. While they do have a good range of talent, I did feel that there could have been more diversity in their offerings. Overall, my experience was okay, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of communication and inclusivity.
