Neighborworks is a corrupt organization under the guise of a non-profit that needs to be called on the carpet and have their licenses revoked. They are nothing but business men and women lining their own pockets at the expense of unsuspecting citizens.

We bought a new property that was built by them and it has been nothing but issues from the beginning of the process.

Their general contractor is incompetent and makes nothing but excuses for the poor workmanship of his sub contractors. We finally gave up trying to get small issues resolved and are just working on them ourselves rather than deal with him any further.

After moving into our place we cleaned the windows and realized that there are scratches on almost all of them as well as the painted casings. I contacted Maria who is on the board and was told they would only pay half to replace them. Later we were told they would not replace them at all.

Our first couple of weeks in the place, the toilet kept overflowing for no reason so we had to get a plumber in to fix the issue and had to have the floors replaced because of the damage.

We've been in our place for 5 months now and they have yet to complete the fences and the landscaping and I worry that they will finish this project at all.

The neighborhood business next door had major issues with them as well and restricted use of their property to build the units so Neighborworks had to figure out how to complete the units without access to the sides of the buildings.

I would avoid use or any contact with these people unless you want to be taken advantage of and deal with the stress they will cause.
