I ve had a lease in willow brook townhomes for 2 years and my kitchen floors still have not been replaced as promised. Twice, management has inspected the floors and said we will get a contractor out immediately ..... 2 years later same unfulfilled words and uprooted kitchen floors. Bad business practices equals bad reviews.
