As someone who has been going to Heaton Road Surgery for years, I can say that their services are average at best. While the doctors are competent and the staff is generally friendly, there have been times when I felt like my concerns were not fully addressed or taken seriously. Overall, it's not a terrible place, but there's definitely room for improvement.
