I find the services provided by Burien Town Square Condominium Association to be average. The management is competent but not exceptional. The common areas are well-maintained and clean. However, I feel that there is a lack of transparency in the decision-making process, which can be frustrating at times. Overall, I have had a satisfactory experience with the association so far.
