I ordered some items from the Decotel website and overall, it was an okay experience. The products were good, but I had some issues with the delivery. The package arrived a bit late and the tracking information was not updated in a timely manner. However, the customer service was helpful in resolving my concerns. I would consider ordering again, but I hope they improve their delivery service.
