I worked with Sal Rizzo for about a week on making the best decision for me. I was trading in my Mercedes that I had for a very long time and was nervous about purchasing a new car. He was very honest and transparent with me by ensuring that I made the best decision for me. He did not give me a sales pitch which is very important to me as a customer. He is one of the best representatives at the Hendrick Lexus Northlake dealership.
When the process with 75% completed I was moved to working with the financial service advisor David Feingold. He ensured I had the right customize package for my long-term needs. Coming from owning a Mercedes for eight years and spending so much money on maintenance I will definitely say that Lexus gives you a much more luxury experience. Mr. Rizzo and Mr. Feingold should be your go-to, when making a purchase.
