A 45 minute trip turned into 3 HOURS! After going to every stop in the Terminal, the driver went around a second time to the stops to pick up one additional passenger. We then drove around some of the scariest parts of Miami because the driver didn't know how to get to one passenger's address. Several of the passengers were getting extremely agitated because of the length of time it was taking. It was a horrible experience. Sorry Go, I'll pass next time.
