Well when you get fired for venting to your co workers about poor leadership, lack of direction and horrible training kind of makes you rethink working with this company. I even got a dollar raise three days ago then get terminated for venting to my co workers. Family company with none of the values. When you work overtime on a weekly basis the job is your family and its a shame it wasn't a safe place to share your feelings.
