I was skeptical at first about trying Bowen therapy, but I can honestly say that it has been a life-changing experience. The sessions are so relaxing and have helped me tremendously with my chronic pain. The therapist is incredibly knowledgeable and always makes sure I am comfortable throughout the session. I highly recommend Better with Bowen!
